Important Notice: Due to EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we are unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
All purchases are despatched by Royal Mail using a scanned/signed for delivery service at a flat rate per order. Most stock items (i.e. ready to wear reading glasses) are despatched well within 5 working days, bespoke items may take 10-14 days because the lenses are made to your individual specifications, and we need to take the time to manufacture them correctly. In the event of a longer delivery we will contact you personally - We want to make sure that you are always aware of the status of your order, and we will never leave you in the dark.
